2C1st Test –2D2nd Test (West Gippsland Zone State Qualifier & Championship series must ride 2 Tests)

1C1st Test –1D2nd Test (West Gippsland Zone State Qualifier & Championship series must ride 2 Tests)

Combined Training: Dressage Tests:3C, 4C, 5C & 5A(5A is strictly forBeginners & Inexperienced Riders Under 12 years of age)

$10 Day Attendance Fee is due UNLESS you are a financial member* of EV/EA; AHS; HCA; AERA; an Interstate Pony Club; or can prove personal Liability Cover of at least $10,000,000. *Must produce proof.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules.
  2. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or event, divide any class, alter advertised times and refuse entry without stating a reason.
  3. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificates. 25% admin fee charged.
  4. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.
  5. Competitors may ride more than 1 horse, subject to the conditions of PCAV Handbook of By-laws multiple horse rules.
  6. For pony club members, PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the secretary’s office before riding.
  7. Medical Armbands must be worn and inspected at gear check.
  8. Helmets:Correct ‘standards’ numbered helmet must be worn as specified in PCAV Gear Rules. Spot checks may occur and incorrect helmet will mean elimination.
  9. Gear check is required before each phase.
  10. Horses must be at least age four, no stallions, colts or rigs.
  11. Competitor numbers- the organising committee will pre allocate and advise numbers. Competitors may supply their own numbers.
  12. Queries, protests, horse abuse rules as per the PCAV Handbook of By-laws.
  13. Dogs are not permitted.
  14. Lunging is not permitted at this competition
  15. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies.
  16. The Dressage tests for both competitions will be run under Dressage rules and the Show Jumping will be run under PCAV Horse Trials Rules (which includes Combined Training). Please refer to the relevant rule books.
