INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Application shall be filled in properly. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
  2. The fee will be charged at par with the inland candidates if documentary proof of settled in Pakistan i.e. photocopy of passport, copy of CNIC, affidavit etc, is produced,
  3. Fee once deposited shall not be refunded
  4. Verification can be obtained by submitting the application in person (visiting one window cell of FBISE) or through postal service.
  5. In case any credential assessment agency abroad demands the verification from the candidate directly, he/she will have to pay the requisite inland fee per document. The Sealed envelope will be posted to candidate at his/her address.
  6. Incase candidate requests Board to forward the required documents to the credential assessment Agency abroad, directly he/she will have to pay the fee of US $ 20/- (or equivalent to Pakistani rupees) per document
  7. Fee Challan Slip may be downloaded from FBISE website i.e. and remitted in any HBL branch. Bank Challan and (Board’s Copy) must be attached with the application form.
  8. Board will not be responsible for misplacement of the verified document if the postal address given above in form is incorrect.
