¨ USERS.MAINT – mandatory - done from the PROMAN account

¨ Setup the emulator software on the user’s machine, assign a port number in the client software. Mandatory

¨ PROFILES.MAINT – optional – done in the PROMAN account.

¨ PDM.ACC.MAINT – optional – done in the PROMAN account. Sets users’ default printer

¨ ASSIGN.GRAPHICS – mandatory – assign graphics/emulator for port number

¨ PIB.MAINT – mandatory – setup up term type for user

¨ PDM.FUNC.KEY.MAINT – optional – setup default function key items

¨ PASSWORD – mandatory – sets password for user

¨ Create-account fsi:xxxx - replace xxx with the user account name. This is done from the DM account. This only needs to be done if the user needs a new user account with permissions different from any account already on your system. Proceed with the following steps if you created a new user account.

¨ PDM.MAINT – mandatory – set up menu for new user account. Must use a name that is the following format acct.menu

¨ ADD.AC.USER – mandatory – from your PROMAN account.

¨ UPDATE.ACCT.MENU – mandatory – updates permissions based on menu

¨ ADD.NEW.ACCTS – mandatory – adds permissions to the user account
