Disabled Supporters Rota Membership Scheme
A disabled Member signing up to this Membership scheme will be placed on a rota for Match Tickets to be sent out during the course of the season free of charge. A rota Member will be placed on the rota on the date that their fully completed Membership application form is processed by Chelsea FC. 100 Match Tickets (being 50 for disabled Member tickets and 50 personal assistant Member tickets) will then be issued on a rota system in accordance with the order in which these application forms were received by Chelsea FC.

Chelsea FC accepts no responsibility for applications which are illegible, lost or delayed during delivery or by post. Proof of posting or delivery is not proof of receipt by Chelsea FC.
When Match Tickets are allocated to a rota Member they will be sent out approximately 42 days prior to the Match. A rota Member who does not wish to use any Match Tickets which they have received must return the Match Tickets by hand delivery or post so that they are received by Chelsea FC no later than 24 hours before the Match. These Match Tickets will be issued to the next rota Member on the disabled rota. Chelsea FC accepts no responsibility for applications which are illegible, lost or delayed during delivery or by post. Proof of posting or delivery is not proof of receipt by Chelsea FC membership scheme who can attend the Match. Match Tickets not returned but which are unused on Match day will result in automatic removal of the rota Member from the Disabled Rota Membership Scheme for the remainder of the season. Personal assistant Match Tickets used without the disabled Member present will also result in the removal of the rota Member from the Disabled Rota Membership Scheme. Match Tickets that are returned cannot be swapped for another Match. Chelsea FC accepts no responsibility for Match Tickets which are lost or delayed during return by delivery or post. Proof of posting or delivery is not proof of receipt by Chelsea FC.
