FAMILY PLAY WORKER

6 hours per week on a Saturday morning

Pay: £11.84 – £12.82 gross per hour

We are recruiting a sessional Family Play Worker (6 hours per Saturday morning session) to co-facilitate the Toyhouse Family Play Project & Toy Library for 5 - 11 year olds with special needs and their families, at The Spark Centre, E2.

In order to compliment the existing project staff we are looking for:

·  A male worker fluent in Sylhetti & English

·  A worker who is physically strong

·  An understanding of children with special needs & their families

·  An understanding of the importance of play & toys in development & learning

·  A person who relates easily and well to a range of parents living in Tower Hamlets, as well as to primary aged children – committed to working with the whole family

·  Someone available to work throughout the year
