1.Docket No. 2010-026 Cause No. C/015/0032F – In The Matter of the Request for Agency Action of GENWAL RESOURCES, INC., Petitioner and Permittee; Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, Respondent – Request for Board Review of Division Order DO10A, Requiring Bonding for the Perpetual Treatment of Mine Water Discharge at the Crandall Canyon Mine in Emery County, Utah.

2.Docket No. 2011-008 Cause No. 166-04 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of STONE ENERGY Corporation for an Order Authorizing the Venting or Flaring of Gas from the Threemile 12-7 Well Located in Section 12, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, SLM, in the Hatch Point Prospect Area of San Juan County, Utah.
(This matter was heard at the April 27, 2011, Board Hearing. At that time the Board temporarily approved the Request, and required the Petitioner to report back within six months. The Petitioner will report on additional data gathered and seek additional authority to flare.)
