Register On-line With the Career Center
The Career Center provides assistance to currently enrolled students. In order to access the full range of services (including all joblistings), students must register with the Center through the on-line registration program. Once registered, students will have access to the following services:
Job and Internships Listings on MonsterTRAK: (includes On-Campus Jobs!)
- This on-line job listing service posts positions specifically for Cal Poly Pomona students and alumni.
- Over 18,000 on-campus, part-time, co-op, internship, summer, and full-time positions are posted each year.
InterviewTRAK: The On-Campus Interview Program:
- InterviewTRAK manages on-campus interviews for full-time positions and summer internships. Students request interviews and submit their resume online through the InterviewTRAK program.

Real Resume Database:
- Students and alumni can load up to 10 versions of their resume to be submitted for internships, part-time and full-time jobs, or for on-campus interviews.
- Students and alumni control their resumes. Employers do not have free access to your resume or information - resumes are only viewed by employers that you select.
E-mail Updates:
- All students and alumni registered with the Career Center will receive periodic updates, reminders of career related events, and valuable information on job search and career development opportunities.
Registration Instructions
Step 1: Complete Registration/User Profile:
- Go to and click on MonsterTRAK.
- Enter your Social Security Number (without hyphens) in First Time Users box and click on submit. (If the system does not let you register, please contact the Career Center at (909) 869-2344.)
- Complete the registration/user profile screens. Please fill out the forms completely. All fields marked in red with an asterisk (*) are required. Create personal user name and password for future entry into the system.
NOTE: Your profile is accessible to you and the Career Center Recruiting Staff only. Employers do not have access to the information on your user profile.
- The next screen gives you two options: Continue to job search and Enter or update resume. You may enter your resume then or do it at a later time. We recommend that you do upload your resume as it makes applying for jobs easier and gives you access to on-campus interviews.
Step 2: Upload Resume (optional, but required for on-campus interviews through InterviewTRAK)
- To upload your resume go to the Career Center website, click on MonsterTRAK and type in your user name and password. When your welcome screen appears click on Resumes and follow the directions.
