RELEASE OF LIABILITY _

13th Annual Rally for Troops, April 26, 201

The undersigned (on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns) acknowledge that I have volunteered to participate as a RIDER (or PASSENGER) in the “13th Annual Rally for Troops” April 26, 2015 motorcycle ride to downtown Cleveland Ohio(the “Ride”) and assume all risk of any accident, personal injury, damage to my motorcycle/personal property or death, which may occur to my person, motorcycle, personal property or passenger as a result of my participation in the Ride. I fully understand riding a motorcycle is an inherently dangerous sport and that injury to my person, motorcycle, personal property and my passenger is a reasonably foreseeable possibility and a risk that I assume by my participation in the Ride. In the event of an accident resulting in injury to my person or passenger and damage to my motorcycle and personal property, I shall not hold anyone else responsible as it is my personal responsibility to ride defensively and avoid any possible accidents. I further understand that all the Ride VOLUNTEERS (organizers. Harley Dealerships, police, firefighters, HOG chapter officers or road captains, speakers, businesses, municipalities, escort riders, agents, invitees) providing services are NOT BEING COMPENSATEDand therefore I unconditionally release and hold harmless all volunteers and organizers involved in the Ride from any claims or demands or causes of action from their support of the Ride.

By my involvement as a rider in the Group Ride, I understand and attest that I HAVE A CURRENT MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT on my driver’s license and I HAVE CURRENT MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE COVERAGE in the event of an accident. I am an experienced motorcycle rider and familiar with the operation of my motorcycle and I have participated in processional rides previously. I shall provide safe gaps between my motorcycle and the other motorcycles participating in the Ride. I shall maintain a safe speed and understand the problems in processional rides with gaps that develop when entering the highway and slow downs when exiting the highway or sharp curves. I am responsible to monitor the road conditions in front or to the side of my motorcycle to avoid any possible road hazards.

I furthermore waive any and all benefits from any Ohio statute or case law that would negate or limit the scope of this release of liability. I understand that this is a group ride and I am personally responsible to maintain the safety of my motorcycle and always be on the lookout for pedestrians, other motorcyclists or motorist during the group ride. I shall NOT rely on the fact that there are volunteer road captains or police leading this Ride in the careless and reckless operation of my motorcycle.

By signing this RELEASE, I certify that I understand that I am waiving all liability and I amnot relying on any statements or representations.MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH RIDERS AND PASSENGERS.
