Pricing

Proposed costs shall be broken down into two firm fixed costs associated with the Document Recording and Reporting system.

Total Acquisition Cost shall be inclusive of all costs for the complete acquisition of the Document Recording and Reporting System which may include but not be limited to purchase, development, implementation, training and travel.

Annual Maintenance, Support and Licensing Fee shall be inclusive of all costs associated with the ongoing licensing, maintenance, upgrade and support of the successful Contractor’s Document Recording and Reporting system to be paid on an annual basis.
