1.  Each home captain is responsible for calling the opposing team captain prior to each match for conformation of court times, especially if your match is a split court time.

2.  Always play position #1 first. (never play a position # 2 match before a position #1 or a position #3 before a position #2. Singles #1 must play before singles #2, Doubles #1 before doubles #2, and #2 before #3).

Robinswood Tennis Center requires 24 hrs notification in the event of a cancelled court or courts for a scheduled USTA match. If this is not observed, the team cancelling the court will be held responsible and be required to pay a $32.00 late cancel fee for each court cancelled.
