Why do you want a Boxer and why one from Tybrushe Boxers?
Have you ever owned a boxer? If yes please provide breeder name and contact information.
Have you researched the health, behavior, and life expectancies of the Boxer breed? Please indicate what you expect and don’t expect in this breed.
Do you own or have you read any books on the Boxer and or Training your puppy? If so, which ones?

Do you want your puppy for show potential, working potential, breeding potential, companion only?
Will you agree to attend a minimum of 2 obedience courses with your new puppy?
Have you taken any courses with your other dogs if you have had dogs in the past?
Are you willing to feed your dog a grain free diet (No grain food and a Non veterinarian diet) (and/or some raw) and follow the advice of this breeder on food and supplements?
Are you willing to administer minimum vaccines (after initial set of vaccines) and titer test instead of giving vaccines every 3 years?
How do you plan to exercise your puppy?
Do you have a preference in the following: (Color, markings, sex, age, or no preference?)
If a circumstance should arise rendering you unable to care for your puppy/dog, do you agree to return the puppy to the breeder and sign over the papers?
