APRIL 2017 FLEX PLAN RE-ENROLLMENT
Please note in order to have a Health FSA you must have an ACA compliant Group Health Insurance Plan.
It is that time of year again - time for your employees to enroll in your 2017 Flex Plan! We encourage you to schedule an employee meeting. Our experience has shown that employees who understand the benefits of a “Flex Plan” are more likely to participate, thus increased savings for the employer and employee.
The following is a step by step outline on how to re-enroll using this packet. Please return this form to Kabel by April 10, 2017 by email to .
