The Red Knights New York Chapter 42 motorcycle club is having their 5th annual “Bucket Brigade” Charity ride on Saturday, August 27th to benefit The “Wounded Warrior Project”. The purpose of this project is to raise awareness and to enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members, to help injured servicemen and women aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs. The ride will start at the Bath Volunteer Fire Department at 50 East Morris Street in Bath, NY and go thru the Bath VA Center via Morris Street to honor our veterans and out of town via Route 54, and continue approximately 100 miles around the Finger lake region and finish at Hammondsport Fire Department “Smoke On The Water” BBQ competition. There will be food and drinks available for purchase along with raffles, a silent auction, a 50/50 drawing, and live music.
Separate raffle items include a Harley Davidson ceiling fan valued approx. $400 and a .357 caliber Bulldog air rifle with case, pump, sling and box of ammo valued approx. $1,200.

We encourage people along the route to come out and cheer the riderson and wave your American flags as they come through your town and show your support for all our Veterans and Wounded Warriors.Last year’s ride we raised$4,571.27 totaling $17,625.27 to datefor “The Wounded Warrior Project” and hoping for another great turn out so we can do even better this year! The cost of the ride is $15 for drivers and $5 for passengers.
