Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a member of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association either in a playing or administrative capacity.
- Must be a 2nd year or subsequent year student at Third Level College.
- Must be available to play/coach/ or hold administrative role for the college ladies football club.
- Must abide (at all times) by the Third Level College and Ladies Gaelic Football Rules.
- Must be available to assist Connacht Council with activities throughout the college year and summer months.
- Connacht Ladies welcome applications from those students in our province (Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo) regardless whether their attendance is at college inside or outside of Connacht.
Connacht Ladies Gaelic Football Council reserves the right to alter the value of scholarships being awarded any year.
Connacht Ladies Gaelic Football Executive holds the responsibility for the awarding of the scholarships. The committee’s decisions shall be final and binding and there will be no recourse to any form of arbitration by or on behalf of an unsuccessful applicant.
All applicants will receive an email afterwards with notification of whether they were/not successful.
