Logging On:
Open http://modularisation.dit.ie on the web and select the ‘Module Examination Results’ link on the Banner Applications Sections of the Menu to the left of the screen.
Select the ‘Login to Exam Results’ link at the “Results will be available …” Section.
Click on ‘Enter Secure Area’
Please use your User ID and PIN number to log in, as issued to you during the module registration process. Students studying Part-Time Bachelor of Business Studies in Business (year 1) and Bachelor of Music in Applied Arts (year 3) will not have received an email.
If you have received a ‘Disabled PIN’ error message, please contact your Faculty offices using contact details under the ‘Enquiries’ section of the Exam Results Homepage.
If you have mis-placed your PIN, please contact the Information Services Support Centre at or by phone at 402 3123 ensuring you have your Student ID number at hand.
The Support Centre is open from 9am-12.30pm and 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday.
Once your login and password are verified you may be prompted to change your PIN (if you have not previously accessed Student Self Service). Re enter your old number as instructed. After entering a new PIN re enter the new PIN to validate it. Remember to keep your password secure.
Login Security Question and Answer:
To protect the security of your account you will be asked to provide a security question and answer. This could be something such as your mothers’ maiden name. You must provide both the question and the answer.
On subsequent uses of the on line exams facility this question and answer will be used if you have forgotten your PIN.
As advised keep your answer to less then 30 characters limit spaces and do not use special characters.
Keep this question secure as it could provide subsequent access to your personal exam details.
The terms of usage box is displayed. If you accept the terms of usage click on the continue button.
If you do not accept and click the exit button you will be disconnected and will not be able to view any further information.
Select the ‘Student Services’ option.
Click the ‘Student Records’ option.
Click on ‘Module Grades’
Select the term ‘200506 Academic Year’ and then click the ‘Submit’ button.
The attempted and earned columns refer to the number of credits applicable to each course.
The comment column provides detailed information on module results where applicable.
This example relates to a non final year student. At the end of the Academic Year, the student information section the display the award as blank as this field only pertains to final year students.
At the end of the Academic Year, final year students will see their overall award in the students information section as displayed in the example below.
When you are finished viewing your module results, you can click on the exit link on the top right hand corner of the Module Grades Web Page to finish.
