What would you like to learn and do in this project this year? / How did you achieve your goal in the first column?Ex: I would like to learn how to put in a zipper. / I learned how to put in a lapped zipper when I made my dress.
Ex: I would like to produce a well muscled lamb. / I walked my sheep daily since mid-June and changed the feed ration.
Raise a steer that makes weight & grades choice or prime. / I changed my feed ratio and watched my steers weight all year. He did make weight at fair and graded choice.
Teach younger members about showmanship. / Held a mock show with two younger members in my club.

I bought my steer, show supplies, and half of my feed. My grandpa provides the hay. My mother helps me cover
other expenses.

This project helped me learn how to successfully raise a market steer. I enjoyed working with my steer. I look
forward to continuing to take this project.

This year was the first year my steer was eligible for sale. I was very proud of this. The younger members in my club did well in showmanship.

Ex: I would like to produce a well muscled lamb. / I walked my sheep daily since mid-June and changed the feed ration.
I want to learn to use the rule of thirds. / I used a grid to check pictures and now I think about it when taking pictures.
I want to work on getting closer to my subject. / More of my pictures have the subject bigger in them.

My mom and dad buy film and pay for developing if I help in the garden.

I like taking pictures. I made a scrapbook for my family of our trip to yellowstone. I want to learn to take trick photos next year.

Our family got a digital camera in August. I used it at the fair. It is fun to use.
