Dear Parents and Guardians,
On Saturday, December 8th, the East Jessamine Middle and High school bands will be performing their holiday concert, Jingle with the Jags! The concert is from 6-8 at the East Jessamine High School gymnasium. This concert is something new for the middle school bands. We are looking forward to this opportunity to play along with the high school and its audience.
The event consists of more than just a concert. There is a sit down dinner provided along with vendors selling last minute holiday gifts. If you are interested in the dinner, tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children. There are 8 seats available for each table. If you would like to reserve a table for your family, the cost is $75. Band students, who are the evening’s entertainment, will be provided with dinner for free. If you want to just come and watch, have a beverage, and shop, tickets are $5 at the door. Tickets will be sold by Mr. Wallace starting Monday, November 19th. All tickets sales from the concert will be going to the East Jessamine Middle and High School Band programs.
Below is a shirt order form if you are a new band member or want to replace your old band polo. Please have forms for polos along with the money returned no later than Monday, November 19th. This is a shirt every band member needs to own for every performance we do.
I hope to see everyone come out and enjoy the concert, the camaraderie, and the crafts at Jingle with the Jags, December 8th, from 6-8 at the EJHS gym.

Each shirt is $15.00 and the student will wear the shirt for every band performance during their time at the middle school. All sizes are adult. Please take into consideration the growth spurt a child goes through during middle school when choosing a size.
