II RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Right to participate has every legal person that is registered for performing the activity for which the invitation is announced,proved by registration certificate.
III TAKING OVER THE DOCUMENTATION
All required documentation and information on technical details,annual needs and quantities of mentioned goods,the bidders may obtain at commercial Sector-Procurement service,Solana d.d.Tuzla,Ul.Soli no.3,and take over the documentation after presenting the evidence of non-repayable payment of 50 KM with calculated VAT per one LOT to the drawing account of Solana d.d.Tuzla number:

VI SUBMITTING AND OPENING THE BIDS

Deadline for submitting the bids is 31.01.2007.

Selection of bids will be made by commission that has right to ask from bidder additional explanation of some elements of bid.
VII BID CHARGES
Inviting party bears no charges of bidder in the course of bidding and has the right to accept fully or partly or reject the bid without any responsibility to the bidder and is not obliged to explain such decision.
