Mr. Cummings asked budget line item titled "Donation" be tabled until a full Board is present for in-depth discussion.

Mr. Cummings asked for a motion to approve/deny hiring a new Public Works employee. Mr. Kringlie states the interview process is almost complete. Motion to approve by Mr. Kringlie. Second by Mr. Rice. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. Rice, Mr. Kringlie and Mr. Cummings. Voting Nay: None.

Mr. Cummings asked for settlement of Employee Complaint be tabled until a full Board is present for in-depth discussion.

Mr. Cummings asked for a motion to approve/deny demolition of house at 6059 East Avenue. This is the last house for demolition for this project for calendar year 2014. Motion to approve by Mr. Kringlie. Second by Mr. Rice. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. Rice, Mr. Kringlie and Mr. Cummings. Voting Nay: None.

Old Business

Mr. Cummings asked for a motion to approve/deny payment of $57,000 for the retaining wall at Ben's Rental located at 6119 East Avenue. Motion to approve by Mr. Rice. Second by Mrs. Moxley. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. Rice, Mr. Kringlie and Mr. Cummings. Voting Nay: None.

Mr. Cummings asked for a motion to approve/deny a $1,000 per month rent, 85% of the taxes and back taxes, water, gas, electricity and 50% of the parking lot maintenance costs with a one year lease with Advantage Chevrolet. Motion to approve by Mrs. Moxley. Second by Mr. Rice. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. Rice, Mr. Kringlie and Mr. Cummings. Voting Nay: None

Mr. Cummings asked for a motion to approve/deny Ordinance #14-16 regarding medical leave with changes to include Comp Time and clarity for the additional 45 days. Motion to approve by Mr. Kringlie. Second by Mrs. Moxley. Voting Aye: Mrs. Moxley, Mr. Rice, Mr. Kringlie and Mr. Cummings. Voting Nay: None
