All Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. They will be half-day workshops from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.

Please provide a print-ready abstract of the proposed workshop content (approximately 300 words). Please include the presenting authors, degrees and affiliations. This abstract will be printed in the preliminary program.

IMPORTANT:

• Please note that SRNT will promote all workshops in the program brochure and online, and SRNT will process all pre-conference workshop registrations.

• Registration income will be retained by SRNT.

• SRNT will provide A/V equipment (two microphones, an LCD projector, laptop and screen), refreshments (coffee/tea) and a boxed lunch for all workshop participants. NOTE: Any additional A/V equipment and/or an Internet connection(s) may be available for a fee. If your workshop has been selected for the 2017 program, please email by November 15, 2016 if you’d like to request additional equipment or an Internet connection(s) for your workshop.

• Seating will be theater style. Please email by November 15, 2016 if you would like to request a different arrangement. Arrangements are dependent on room availability and scheduling; SRNT cannot guarantee anything other than theater style.

• SRNT will provide workshop registration lists to the workshop organizer as requested.

• Registration fee for ONE speaker per workshop will be waived or TWO speakers per workshop will be offered a discounted 50% off registration fee; additional workshop speakers must register and pay for their participation. If speakers will be present only for their talks, and will not participate in the remainder of the workshop, workshop registration fees can be waived.
