The New Castle Hundred Lions Club invites you to share the day with us!
With your help and patronage, we have grown over the past 44 years from a few artists and crafters to over 200 exhibitors. We thank you for your continued support throughout the years. The profits from this show go back to the community to provide various eye and sight programs, medical equipment, scholarships for our local high school students, Christmas baskets, Halloween and Easter Parades, and needy family assistance.
We are always striving to assure you that Art on the Green remains a quality show. The input and helpful comments we receive from our exhibitors are appreciated. We will try to honor requests from 2014 vendors for their spaces until April 1, 2015. After that spaces will be assigned based on the dates that spaces are requested.
To be accepted, new vendors must include current electronic or regular photos or a CD of their work for committee approval, as well as the application form and fee. If you are not accepted, your fee, less a $20.00 processing charge, will be returned to you along with your photos/CD. Returning vendors need not supply photos unless what you are exhibiting is different from in the past.
All who are accepted will be emailed their space and parking assignment. If you do not have an email address please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Our show committee asks you to please remember that all arts and crafts must be original by the registered exhibitor and
RESELLERS WILL NOT BE INVITED TO FUTURE SHOWS.
Check our website http://www.artonthegreende.net for vendor forms and current information on the show. We will have a vendor list with space numbers listed on the website which will be updated several times each month. If you provide your website information it will also be linked to your name on our website. We will have the ATM Ladies on site with their ATM machines as we did in 2014. We think this was a good asset to the show, and over $30,000 was withdrawn from the machines in 2014.

SHOW POLICY

EXHIBITORS ARE BY INVITATION ONLY
1. Arts and crafts must be at least 85% original work by the exhibitor.
Any exhibitor who fails to comply will not be invited to return.
2. Exhibitor is responsible for all booth sales and display arrangements,
and must provide his/her own set up equipment, including tables.
3. A 10 1/2' x 10 1/2' space will be provided. Space will be marked off with
white paint and will include your space number in white paint.
Exhibits MUST be displayed behind the front line of the assigned space.
4. Unloading and setting up at your space may be done between 6:00 a.m.
and 9:00 a.m. on the day of the show. Personal tents may be set up
after 3:00 p.m. the day before, but at your own risk.
5. Cars/trailers are not permitted on show grounds after 9:00 a.m. OR
BEFORE 4:00 p.m. on the day of the show.
6. Designated parking areas are marked on map. Your parking area will be
assigned with your space assignments.
7. RAIN DATE: Saturday, October 3, 2016. Exhibitors will be notified if the
show is postponed due to inclement weather. The decision will be
made noon the Thursday prior to the show. Call 302.328.5466 to
hear message if postponed or check on the website.
8. FEES: The non-refundable fee is $120.00 for one space. Additional spaces will be $80.00 each. The full fee must be sent with your application form. If you are not accepted, all but $20.00 will be returned. We may be changing the price for the 2016 show as there has been no increase in the recent past.
