COMMUNITY SURVEY
INTRODUCTION
The Disability Services Act 1993 requires all Local Government bodies to have a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP). The aim of the DAIP is to make a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities, their families and carers by focusing efforts to improve access to services and facilities.
This survey is your opportunity to voice your experiences and to tell us what improvements are necessary to facilitate better access to the services and facilities across the Shire of Perenjori.
By participating in this consultation you are providing us with the information we need to develop the DAIP.
