Please return the player information to Coach Henderson prior to July 19th. No need to prepay, money will be taken up the day of the tournament at the door.

Fundraising Information

Single- 1 Player-$100(Includes, Golf, Cart, Lunch, 2 Door Prize Tickets)

Grand Slam-4 Players + Hole Sponsor Sign- $550(Includes, Golf, Cart, Lunch, 2 Door Prize Tickets For Each Player)

* Mulligan tickets will be sold at registration for $10.00-Limit 2*

Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place teams.

If you do not golf or cannot come you may chose to promote your name or company with a Tee or Hole Sponsor Sign for $250 or a Renewal Sign for $200

(Please see the next page for sign info and layout instructions.) The sign will be placed on a Tee Box and then transferred to the NFHS Softball Field Billboard for the entire year.
