·  We are looking to improve the services we provide especially to the different communities we serve, and are interested in hearing how you feel about our current service, how you can gain the most out of the health care we provide and are their areas we can improve. We would also like to tell you about any changes in the practice. One of our patients said that a particular receptionist is very warm and friendly and if all staff was like this she would feel more comfortable when approaching reception. Cynthia said she would feed this information back to reception staff.
