Reading Anthology for 3 weeks– 3 Literature Stories Answer in complete sentences #’s 1-8
Ankylosaurus, Dragon Dragon, Can Oiled Seabirds Be Rescued?
AND Choose 1-3 novels for 3 weeks and report on that book with –
Book Report, Re-write the Ending, Venn Diagram

Vocabulary – two choices
Complete ½ Vocab Wkshp. Lesson per week OR
Pull 15 words from content areas – (stay with same 15 words for two weeks just like in Vocabulary Workshop Book)

1 research topic. A research topic expands upon or extends the material found in the text by using other
resources besides the textbook. The research can also be on a science topic of interest that is not found in
the grade level material.
The research does not have to result in a formal report but must cite the sources used.
