We are the class of Business Communication at Chu Hai College of Higher Education. Our whole class takes great pleasure in inviting you to come and share your interesting and inspiring career experience with us. We grew up as kids enjoying the rides and dolphins in the Ocean Park. Then, when a few years older, as young adults, we have loved the foreign excitement of the New Year countdowns at Lan Kwan Fong. It was yet a little bit later before we found out that these enjoyments of our nurturing years were related to you. Thank you, Dr. Zeman, for bringing so much fun to so many of us.

Now that we are in college, we have learned to appreciate the parts of your work behind the funs and the joys. Though you seem to have ridden a smoothly successful career, we understand there must have been moments of doubt or anguish through the years when you have turned a small square of streets for garbage collectioninto a world-renowned nightlife hotspot, or how youhave changed a run-down and tired amusement park into the top drawer in Hong Kong. We are in no less interest to learn first-hand from you how you made your first million dollars before you turned 20. Should we do as you did? Can we?

Reading the list of companies you own and the names of public committees, boards and advisory bodies you sit on, we wonder how you have found your time. You know, we sometimes can’t even manage to find enough time to finish our homework. There is so much we can learn from you, sir, we hope you will give us an opportunity

to listen and talk to you in person.
