  • New Staff to complete Commencement Form
  • Net Salary Transfer Form
  • Tax File Number Declaration Form
  • Computer Account UCS Application Form
  • Parking Permit Request

Cards, Keys and Permits

  • Obtain ID Card from Student Administration
  • Get Entry Keys and access to the building
  • Get Lab/Facility/Glasshouse Keys (if required)
  • Explained security/locking requirements
  • Provided Code for Photocopier/Fax

Facilities

  • Allocated Room/lab and Work Station

Using New Equipment

If you are using equipment you have not used before, please obtain full instructions from your supervisor before you attempt to use it. Failure to do so may lead to personal injury and damage to the equipment.
