8TH Grade

As we begin the school year, I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I have earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from Long Beach State University. This will be my fourteenth year as a proud teacher of Culver City Middle School, I have also worked as the athletic director, for the past eight years, for our after school program. I am eager to start this school year with several exciting activities and lessons. The 8th grade curriculum will include: Team Sports, Fitness, Skill Development, Teamwork, Cooperative Games, Rhythmic Activities and more.

My personal goal is for each student to enjoy physical activity, giving forth their best effort, and acquiring a lifelong love of physical and recreational activity while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I look forward to meeting each of you, and to a great and exciting school year!
