Directions to LakeShore Rental Management, llc: From US 31, take Monroe Road (Pentwater) Exit. Turn towards Pentwater, follow lake to the marinas and turn right on Carroll Street (brick home on corner with split rail fence between yard and road).Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday – unless otherwise specified. Check in and out at 556 South Carroll (Marina area-see map). Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00AM sharp (to allow time for routine inspection of premises). If no phone is mentioned, the cottage will not have a phone, bring your cellular phone. You will need all linens. Unless indicated, no pets, no smoking. We recommend early reservations. Deposit is necessary upon booking to HOLD. Deposit is Not part of Rental payment. (Michigan Use tax is 6%.) Read and abide by all rental information to ensure deposit return. Annual contracts may reflect price changes, please check with management. It should be noted that we are not in the Hotel/Motel business. These are private homes and should be treated with care and respect. This is greatly appreciated by us and the owners. Please leave the cottage in the same condition, as when you first arrived, new renters will be arriving shortly. The cottage is to be left as you found it. Please note that each home has a specified number of guests allowed. For larger gatherings many parks are available. For more information, please inquire.   • BASS LAKE Harbor Drive #1 - Wagners– S. 7449 Harbor Drive -Two story cedar salt-box home on beautiful Bass Lake. Interior very open and tastefully decorated. Wrap around decks on three sides. Full view of Lake with 60 ft of frontage and dock to tie up your watercraft. Great swimming lake, especially for toddlers (lots of sand). Enjoy the beautiful sunsets after your day of fun. Along with this home is the use of a public Lake Michigan beach front. Two picnic tables, lawn chairs, charcoal grill are provided. Home comes with cable TV, all kitchen appliances, and phone for local calls. First floor bedroom sleeps two (double bed) Second story – master bedroom includes king size bed and double Futon, other bedroom has twin bunk beds. Both levels have full bathrooms.   • BELL’S ON GREEN STREET – PENTWATER LAKE FRONTAGE, DOWNTOWN PENTWATER, great location!! This upscale home is to be totally renovated; including a new, full upstairs and new kitchen, new carpet and flooring, etc. This larger contemporary, two-story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bedroom on main floor) with open floor plan and nice view of Pentwater Lake. Located between channel and yacht club on the north end of Pentwater Lake. Frontage has seawall with approx. 3 ft. boatwell for boat and ladder for swimming.   • BRIDGE STREET HOME- great location on a quiet street near downtown Pentwater, only 1/2 block from pier walkway, and about 1 1/2 blocks from Charles Mears State Park, Lake Michigan and village greens. Prime location and reasonably priced. Older 2 story home, 3 bedroom each with a full size bed; one also has a 7 year crib. 1 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with larger apartment sized refrigerator and stove/oven. Washer/Dryer located off kitchen in backroom area. Enjoy the three season enclosed sun porch, color TV reaches ABC, NBC, & CBS, no telephone, one pet allowed with permission and cover furniture. Please smoke outside home. No back yard, but front yard; and side yard for picnic table and grilling. So close that you even have a partial view of Pentwater Lake (2 blocks to benches to sit and enjoy sunset over Pentwater Lake and Channel) & within walking distance to Lake Michigan beach. Living room with sliders. Upstairs bedroom with queen bed, full bath with garden-tub. Downstairs bedroom with two twins and bath with shower. Pull out couch and rollaway bed. Sleeps seven. Seven miles to Silver Lake sand dunes recreation area. TV, VCR, Sattelite, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Charcoal Grill, some lawn chairs. Maximum 3 vehicles, Accommodates up to 7 people.   • COCKERS, Montgomery Blvd – sunset beach. 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with approximately 80 feet of private beach on Lake Michigan, located just 5 miles north of Pentwater. New 3 level executive home has 2 separate living areas. *The first level - Great room with fireplace, TV, queen sized sofa sleeper, and sliders to a deck. Full Kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.   • DUNA VISTA COTTAGE Lake MI Access-Seldon’s- This Chalet –style, older cottage is just across the street of Beautiful Lake Michigan. The Lake Michigan beach access is just a little walk down the private street. The large upper deck is perfect for eating out, tanning, or to watch the beautiful sunsets. Must abide by Duna Vista Association Rules which includes shared amenities (swimming pool, beach area, tennis court, etc. ask for our email amenities page).This cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed on main floor. The main floor has bath with tub/shower. The loft area has 2 double beds and one single bed. The Unfinished basement has one double bed however this area is not completed. Phone for local calls. Grill, microwave, TV/VCR, sorry no cable. Sleeps 8 plus infant if you have ‘pac n play’.   • THE GEBBON HOUSE - Very nice 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with Great Lake Michigan frontage located between Pentwater and Silver Lake. This cottage has been tastefully decorated and is located on a wooded lot directly facing Lake Michigan. There is an extensive beach at the water’s edge accessed down a stairway of 78 steps. There is an open area with TV and VCR on the upper level which overlooks the first floor with windows facing the lakeside for a great view. At each end there are nice size bedrooms with sliders going on to small deck. One upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds, the other room has a queen bed. The second floor also has a full bathroom. The first floor has a more open floor plan with several windows for a great view and sliders opening to deck area where there is a picnic table, yard chairs and gas grill with walkway to steps to beach. Living room has a full-size sofa bed The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and also has a slider and access to deck. The lower level also has a full bathroom, utility room off kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Due to neighbor’s home construction, rent has been reduced from $1500 to $1200 for this season (feel free to inquire). Home accommodates a maximum of 8 people.   • HURON TRAIL COTTAGE – 9131 Huron Trail. This cottage is in the woods and only an 8 minute walk from your private Lake Michigan beach and only 1/2 mile from the W. Apache Trail cottage. There is a range, microwave and new refrigerator. Two 70 foot high White Pine trees on property. The cottage has a rustic backwoods atmosphere and has been updated. Multiple week discounts available. If you are interested in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath . Also conveniently located to owner’s other home, Cobmossa Shores house, listed in this description.   • LANKFER COTTAGE - A well-maintained, charming three bedroom, 2 bath cottage with large yard and beautiful Pentwater Lake frontage. First Floor: . The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and door to bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher. Open floor plan with sliders and windows across Pentwater Lake side for great views. Living room includes television set, basic cable, VCR, DVD player, many board games. There is a sun porch with a smaller eating area, all with great views of the lake There is a large deck off the entire back of the cottage with 2 dining tables, a gas grill, a chimnea, and beautiful views of Lake Pentwater. Second Floor: 2 full beds in south upstairs bedroom, 2 twin beds and a crib in other upstairs bedroom with new full bathroom between the two rooms. Fans in each bedroom. Child-friendly outdoor area with play set and a large sand area equipped with toys. Circular driveway set off from road for bikes. Also plenty of room to park cars and water recreation vehicles (should you choose to bring those along). Sea wall with narrower steps and walkway to wide, long dock. Shallow area for kids to play and swim. There is a rowboat available for use, wearing life jackets are required. Boats can be anchored off the beach area near dock.   • LEE COTTAGE - Lake Michigan Frontage – 6199 Ridge Road – One mile south of Pentwater Lake. An old-fashioned family cottage that has a beautiful view of its gorgeous, private, wide sandy beach. The cottage has a large living/dining area with a stone fireplace, and 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms each with a double bed, and the third bedroom with two twin beds, and a typically uncomfortable pull-out couch, which works well if the mattress is thrown on the floor for sleeping) and one bathroom with shower. There is also an outdoor shower to supplement any overload. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies without any frills, such as a dishwasher. There is an attached-screened porch that also faces Lake Michigan. One TV and VCR, a charcoal grill, a Horseshoe set, and outdoor furniture, including one beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs.
