PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE TO AVOID LATE FEES.
*Late Sustaining Payment Option - If you are late on a sustaining payment, please contact the office. The late penalty will be accessed at $100 per day, per animal, for the first 14 days and then it will go to $250 per day, per animal,up until the next scheduled payment deadline.
**Late Nomination Payment Option- If you are late on the March 15th nomination payment, the late penalty will be $250 perday, per animal, up until the next scheduled payment deadline.
A SUPPLEMENTAL entry fee of $25,000.00may be made May 15, 2018.
If a SLOT is sold during the payment schedule, the previous owner must have all payments up to date and must notify the office in writing of the transfer of ownership. Transferring an animal in the registry does not automatically transfer the slot.
