RULES
Ages as at 1st January 2018
This competition will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2017 with NO EXCEPTIONS. The judge’s decision will be final.
All rounds are single phase
No rider may ride more than one horse/pony in any one team
No horse/pony can be ridden in more than two classes.
Declarations must be made at least half an hour prior to the commencement of each class.
Teams must present themselves 15 minutes before they jump for tack inspection. It is the responsibility of the Team Manager to familiarise the competitors with the correct turnout requirements and that spurs letters will be required.
Correct protective helmets must be worn and fitted with the Pony Club tag before the day.
The wearing of body protectors is recommended.
The organisers reserve the right to alter/cancel classes at their discretion.
Late changes/additions to entries will be accepted at the organiser’s discretion.
Liability: Neither the landowners, organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectator’s or any other persons or property whatsoever.
The organiser of the Event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the Officials and Stewards.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
