CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Alderman Nicholson motioned to approve the minutes from the Regular Council Meeting on August 13, 2013 and the Special Called Meetings on August 27 and September 3, 2013. Alderman Tupper 2nd the motion. All Aye. Mayor Keenan – Did not vote. Motion passed.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA OF THE EVENING
Alderman Tupper motioned to approve the agenda. Alderman Nicholson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Mayor Keenan – Did not vote. Motion passed.
PUBLIC FORUM
Kelly Ellis, 2520 Spring Street
Ms. Ellis handed out the Pink Out Pleasant View brochures to the Board and spoke about the planned events for the month of October.
Alderman Nicholson motioned to close the public forum. Alderman Bracey 2nd the motion. All Aye. Mayor Keenan – Did not vote. Motion passed.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR
A. The Cruise’n N Groove’n held in August was another great success. The next event will be next Friday, September 20th.
B. Main Street Lighting Project – Will be discussed under Other Business tonight.
C. Update on Pleasant View Community Park – Mini rebid was held at 3:00 today. Results will be discussed under Other Business tonight.

PLANNING COMMISSION
Mayor Keenan reported the Planning Commission held a Special Called meeting tonight at 6:00 p.m. and approved the site plan for Denney Mechanical on Christopher Lane.
PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD
Kelly Ellis reported the Board has been working on the Grand Marshal for the Christmas Parade. They have also been looking for a new youth member for the Parks and Recreation Board. Rugby will be practicing at Pleasant View Community Park and Senior Bingo will be moving to City Hall in October.
BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD
Kelly Ellis reported Business Advisory Board will be hosting a business mixer in conjunction with the Cruise’n n Groove’n in October. Dan Moore has given permission to have the event at his house on Main Street.

A. Ordinance 13-06 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PLEASANT VIEW, TENNESSEE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 2, SECTIONS 7-201, 7-202, 7-203, AND 7-204 OF THE TOWN OF PLEASANT VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEMS. 2nd Reading

C. Award bid for Pleasant View Community Park Phase 2 Restroom Project
