PRO - $15,000

  • Sponsorship includes all items listed for the Eagle sponsorship but Pro Sponsor will be recognized on all materials, signage, and marketing promotions as a Presenting Sponsor for the Golf Reception & Classic.

MASTERS - $10,000

  • A four-member team entry, with choice of morning or afternoon play

Reception, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Covered Bridge Golf Club, Sellersburg, Indiana

Friday, June 8, 2018 – Day of Golf

Please join us for an exciting day of golf! Start times are 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. All Golfers must be at their carts 15 minutes prior to the shot gun start. Please note: Snacks and refreshments will be available for all golfers at the end of the day of play.

Proceeds from the Foundation Golf Classic directly support the Floyd Memorial Foundation Grants program. Funds raised are directed to provide necessary support for medical resources and equipment to ensure quality care is available toBaptist Health Floyd patients; community screenings; community health education and prevention programs; community health awareness initiatives; and employee continuing medical education scholarships. Gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible.
