  1. Written consent of the Playwright that he/she has no objection if his/her play is performed in the ITFoK-2017.
  1. Written consent of the owner of the copyright allowing their work to be used for performance, production and script creation, if required for this production
  1. Past reviews of the production if any.
  1. Complete and final technical rider mentioning lights, sound, video and all other requirements.
  1. DVD of the play, with English subtitles. Please specify no. of DVDs with briefing of content.

INSTRUCTION & GUIDELINES

  • The Production should not have been performed at the ITFoK in previous editions.
  • The last date of receiving the application is 30th September 2017-08-31
  • One group/artist can submit multiple entries, There should be separate applications for each production
  • The materials submitted along with application will not be returned.
  • The application for ITFoK 2018 can be sent by post to The Secretary, Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi, Thrissur- 680020, Kerala, India
  • The application has to be complete in all respects, and all the documents mentioned must be enclosed.
  • All the correspondence with and documents sent for ITFoK should be in English.
  • The DVD must be unedited with good production qualities, both in visual and audio.
  • The performance should be supported by running subtitles in English.
  • ITFoK will provide performance fee, technical support, transportation and local hospitality for the selected groups.
  • The decision of the selection/curatorial committee will remain final and binding to all concerned.
