Fashion Pitch Series (“Fashion Pitch”) is intended to boost the attractiveness of the Malaysian fashion industry by providing funding (loans and/or investments) to eligible applicants. By submitting your design(s) and idea(s)to Fashion Pitch, applicants must acknowledge and agree that they are making a submission solely for purposes of being considered for a business funding and to stand a chance to win a cash prize of RM20,000. By making an email submission, you release MyCreative Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“MyCreative”)and its respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees from any and all claims relating to your email submission, including and without limitation arising from the risk of misdirection or misdelivery of your email. Fashion Pitch team reserves the right to cancel or reject any application that is found to have been falsified or misappropriate information given by the applicant. Fashion Pitch team reserves the right to amend any rules and criteria as deemed fit at any point of time. Fashion Pitch team will not be held responsible for any mishap, accident or death that occurs during the pitch sessions. Applicants must also be able to attend the pitch day in the event their application is shortlisted. Failing which, will disqualify the applicant.Only one pitch per applicant may be submitted. Applicant must agree to release all rights of appearance in footages taken during the pitch session to the media for any promotional or publicity purposes in various forms of media. Applicants who have submitted their online applications are considered to have agreed to our Terms & Conditions. By signing this application form, applicants also acknowledge that they do not have any criminal records or history. The Panels of Judge’s decision in providing the funding is final and any dispute to the subject will not be entertained.

I further agree that in any event MyCreative receives any request by any data subject for withdrawal of consent to process any personal data provided herein, MyCreative has the right to treat this application as null and void.
