- SAS Base, Advanced and Clinical Trials Certified Professional / My specialty is the combination of quantitative scientific research and (medical) informatics, with which statistical and methodological knowledge, experience with database management, software development and automation play an important role. Since the secondary school I always had an avowed exact and technical interest. During the final high school examination I obtained highest scores in mathematics.
From March 2006 to July 2014 I worked for OCS Consulting (a consulting company) as a SAS and statistical consultant, especially in the field of clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry. I also have worked before in social-scientific (psychological), medical, medical devices and biopharmaceutical research and in medical informatics.
In early 2000 I have been nominated as Rookie-of-the-year-1999 on the discussion list SAS-L ( where I am one of the SAS experts. For the benefit of my recent activities I wrote quite a number of extensive SAS macros.
