[6] Cancellation Policy / Visa Invitation
∙ All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail or fax to the APCC Secretariat until April 30, 2017.
∙ All refunds will be made within 2 months after the completion of the APCC 2017 according to the following policy and processing fees of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
- Requested from May 1, 2017: No refunds will be given after this date.
- If you do not attend the conference without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
