Job Description: Regional Sales Manager

Catalyst Learning Company (CLC) is seeking ahigh-energy, proven business development professional to accelerate growth in a new area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the revenue of a newcurriculum product, NCharge® “Nurses Learning to Lead”. Having received new NCharge contracts from a national hospital company and from several regional healthcare systems, CLC is poised to take the sales of NCharge to the next level!

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirementsfor the Regional Sales Manager are:

  • Reference-able relationships with Healthcare Executives (C-Suite, VP and Director levels; preferably in Nursing, Clinical Education).
  • Three+years sales experience, with a record of achieving quota.Experience in selling to large accounts and in prospecting via telephone/web-based toolsare required.
  • Product sales experience that utilizes multiple marketing and promotion techniques. CLC customers purchase a courseware package that consists of on-line and classroom instructional materials and teacher training.
  • ComputerSkills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and in sales/CRM database, e.g. SalesForce.
  • Ability to travel 25-33% of the time.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Preference to candidates with a Nursing degree
  • Successful Candidatewill also have:
    • Creativity; ability to generate new ideas for lead generationand sales funnel movement
    • Professional gravitas; comfortable/effective in C-Suite conversation and account management
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Scheduling flexibility to accommodate travel, customer schedules and special projects.
    • Ability to work well in a small business, team environment.
