Staff Training: This policy has been added to the Employee handbook. All new staff members will be given an overview of the Community Engagement Plan during their 20 hours of orientation time. Employees who were hired prior to the date of this plan being effective will receive a copy and brief training of the plan at the next quarterly employee meeting.
The training will go over the plan itself, and will direct staff members how to execute the steps in the plan as needed. Staff will also receive guidance to locate contact information for third parties as needed.
