Policies & Procedures(Pertaining to mission trips through iProjects)

Our goal is to make sure that each iProjectsmission trip is a valuable and positive experience for allparticipants. The following policies and procedures are meant to help unite andprepare each team so that it can have the greatest possible impact.

  • All participates must fill in an official iProjects application form and submit it for approval.
  • Recommended vaccine shots from the Health Centre are required for any person participating on an iProjectsmission trip unless a signed waiver has been provided.
  • Because it is vital to have a unified and focused team for any successful mission trip, attendance at team meetings is mandatory. Team members should make every effort to be present. The exact dates and times of meetings will be scheduled by your team leader, Alan Garrett.
  • Failure to attend meetings may result in removal from participating in the mission tripwithout refund. Any money already donated will be used to defray costs.Any additional money will be allocated to project funds.
  • Any assignments and/or responsibilities will be outlined and distributed to team membersduring the first team meeting. Team members will be responsible for following through with any assigned work.
  • Team members will be informed immediately in the unlikely event that pricing for the mission trip should increase.iProjects will do everything possible to keep the mission trip affordable and ensure the safety and quality of experience for all trip participants.
  • Each member is responsible to raise the suggested donation amount or greater, or pay their own trip costs. As well they must participate in any fundraising events intended to raise project dollars.
  • Each member must provide a valid passport and travel documents required for the trip.A copy of the information page of the passport is required with the completed application form.
  • No Alcohol or smoking is permitted during any mission trip.
  • To ensure the safety of all team members, the field coordinator (Alan Garrett) has the final say in all decisions made while the team is in Peru.
