TODAY Tuesday–DECEMBER 16th,

AND THESE ARE YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS

Attention grade 12 students applying to university. OUAC has asked us to relay a message to you. OUAC expects the majority of secondary school applicants to apply to Ontario universities online in the new year prior to the January 14 deadline. In order to reduce the chance of delays and the frustration of slower online response times, they have asked that you complete and submit your online application well in advance of the January 14, 2015 deadline. Students that missed Holy Trinity’s December 12th deadline are encouraged to apply before they leave for Christmas Break this Friday. There are still a dew students that have not picked up their pin numbers. Without it, YOU CANNOT APPLY to university. Also, students must have 6 U/M level courses in order to apply to universities in Ontario.

Please note that OUAC is officially closed for the holidays from December 24, 2014 to January 2, 2015, inclusive. The OUAC website will remain available during this time, but you will not be able to submit your applications.

Again, Student Services and OUAC strongly encourage grade 12 university bound students to apply before the Holiday’s.

"Hey HT! The Best Buddies are selling Christmas candyraffle tickets until Thursday. Tickets will be sold outside of the cafeteria on both lunches. Get your tickets for 50 cents each or 3 for a dollar. Winner announced on Thursday during period 4. Good Luck, HT!"

Attention grade 12 music students planning take music as their undergrad degree at McMaster. The Reginald Bedford Piano scholarship has arrived. The value of the scholarship is $1000.00

If you are interested in auditioning for this scholarship please see Mr. LoPresti or the schools web site for the audition requirements. Application Deadline is May 15, 2015.
