Description of the Issue and Reason for Calling an Ad Hoc Meeting
Pursuant to Section 3.0 of the Qwest Wholesale Management Process document, http://www.qwest.com/wholesale/cmp/whatiscmp.html the purpose of this notification is to alert the CMP community that Qwest will conduct an Ad-Hoc Meeting to provide status on the Repeat Ticket Process Improvements associated with PC100404-1 (Closing CLEC Non Designed Trouble Tickets).
