RAGDALE HALL CERTIFIED 'EXCELLENT' FOR SEVENTH YEAR RUNNING

Ragdale Hall has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor, the world's largest travel review website, for the seventh consecutive year, recognising the spa's ongoing outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Ragdale Hall has received the accolade every year since it was launched by Trip Advisor in 2010.

As one of the UK's leading spas, Leicestershire-based Ragdale Hall is well-known for having some of the best spa facilities in the country, but the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence focuses on the positive experience of guests at the spa through reviews on the Trip Advisor website.

Organisations receiving the Certificate of Excellence demonstrate hospitality excellence and represent the 'upper echelon' of businesses listed on the site.

In 2015 Ragdale was one of the first elite group inducted into Trip Advisor's inaugural Hall of Fame. Membership of the Hall of Fame is awarded only to businesses which have won the Certificate of Excellence five years in a row.

The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to organisations based on feedback made by their guests on Trip Advisor, recognising review ratings, overall rating and quantity of reviews.

The certificate complements Ragdale Hall's recognition as the UK's Best Spa by SpaFinder Wellness.

A recent guest comment on the Trip Advisor website read: 'A superb 'get away from it all' place. Peaceful atmosphere. Staff go out of their way to ensure stay is 1st class. Lovely country setting & grounds, great facilities whether you want to be active (gym, large pool, thermal spa, tennis courts) or not (various different lounges, veranda etc.). Breakfast in well appointed rooms. Good (often locally sourced) food. Wide choice of treatments. Highly recommended. (Infinity pool to open later in year).'
