ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION – MOST VALUABLE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

· Any high school senior who is a U.S. citizen may apply

· Applications will be judged on Scholarship, Leadership and Financial Need

· The ENF awards $2.44 million annually in MVS scholarships to 500 high school seniors nationwide.

BURGER KING SCHOLARS DEADLINE: 12/15

· For high school seniors, Burger King employees and children of employees

· Scholarship grants range from $1,000 to $5,000

MENSA EDUCATION & RESEARCH FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY CONTEST

DEADLINE: 1/15

· Awards range from $300 to $1,000

· U.S. residents who will be enrolled in an accredited U.S institution of post-secondary education for the fall term of 2016 are eligible to apply

BOSTON UNIVERSITY TRUSTEE SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION

DEADLINE: 12/1

· Earn a four year, full tuition scholarship to BU

· $25,000 AND $10,000 scholarships available to be awarded in each state.

DRIVING A STRONGER COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP, WALSER FOUNDATION

DEADLINE: 4/15

· $2,000 award to PC senior who has given back to their community through volunteer service.

· Must complete a minimum of 50 hours of volunteer service during their senior year (hours cannot be a school or organization requirement, but must be extracurricular)

· Must have minimum GPA of 2.5

· Applications are available in the CRC.

ST. THOMAS’ DEACE SCHOLARSHIP – ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY

DEADLINE: Varies

· Full tuition scholarships to qualified underrepresented domestic, first-generation students and graduates of urban high schools in select locations.

UNIVERSITY OF ST. THOMAS – SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS & ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIPS DEADLINE: 12/14

· Two full tuition and two $8,000 Science, Mathematics and Engineering Scholarships are available for the 2016-2017 school year.
