A Day in the Country

Dear Arts & Crafts Fair Participant:

Downtown Morehead, Inc. and the Kentucky Folk Art Center invite you to participate as a craft vendor in A Day in the Country craft fair. The fair is a one-day event, and it will be held on Saturday, June 4th, 9-4 p.m.on First Street in Morehead.

10’ x 10’ booth spaces are available for $35 per booth. We are able to accommodate larger booth space if necessary. Vendors are requiredto bring a 10’ x 10’ tent with proper weights to provide shelter, since the event is held outdoors.Vendors are also responsible for providing tables and chairs for their booth. The fair will be held on the street in front of the Morehead Conference Center, next to KFAC stretching East as far as The Moonlight Stage if necessary. There are NO Electrical hookups for this event.

We encourage you to complete and send in your application form as soon as possible. The deadline for applications is May 25, 2016. Please enclose a check with the appropriate booth fee.No reminder calls will be made.

Booths will be assigned the morning of the event in order of arrival. Exhibitors will provide tents and any other display equipment that is required. Insurance is not the responsibility of Downtown Morehead, Inc., City of Morehead or Morehead State University.Each exhibitor is personally responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax.Fees will only be fully refunded for cancelations made 7 days prior to the event.

Arts and Crafts Fair Rules

1. Vendors are responsible for provision of insurance and the collection of sales tax.

2. Vendors must provide their own tents and other display equipment.
