So Move

  1. Open the SoMoveapplication

  1. Enter Edit Connection

Select the communication between VSD and SoMove

Setting the port, baudrate and comm

  1. Select the Position you need
  1. Connect Offline with VSD
  2. Connect Online with VSD
  1. Connect Offline

Klik Create Project Offline

So Move will show the list of Drive, after this select the Drive and the Power Rating

  1. Connect Online

Make sure your cable is connected and setting port com, baudrate, etc. And “klik” Connect

-In the Operate Menu will show Monitoring, Input Output, and Setting Menu

-Left Bar indicated read only showing and the right bar we can enter the setting depend on motor rating. (This is the Simple Setting)

  2. New Page= New Project
  3. Open= Open File
  4. Save= Save the current configuration
  5. Save as= Save with the new name
  6. Page Setup= Setup margin
  7. Print Preview= Preview the slide when printed

  9. Identify Device= Identify new device
  10. Edit Connection= Selected connection between VSD and PC
  11. Connect= Connect So Move to VSD
  12. Load from device= Capture data from VSD to SoMove
  13. Store to device= Store configuration from PC to VSD
  14. Command Panel= Command panel function
  15. Personalization= Customizing the HMI of VSD
Section 4; Online Testing

Online testing :

  1. Run the Command Panel of VSD
  2. Monitoring the condition of the motor

Command Panel must be active if you want to run VSD from the SoMove. “Klik” Active and Run after this

Monitoring Display can be selected depend what you need
