Purpose
Use this procedure to display Time Evaluation results.
Trigger
Perform this procedure when it is necessary to display Time Evaluation results.
Prerequisites
Time Evaluation has run.

· The R/O/C column in the field description tables below defines whether the field is required (R), optional (O), or conditional (C).
· On certain screens you may have to scroll to view some data entry fields.

Procedure
1. / Start the transaction using the transaction code.
Display Time Evaluation Results (Cluster B2)
2. / As required, complete/review the following fields:
/ Field / R/O/C / Description /
Personnel no. / Required / Employee identification number
Example:
10000133
To / Required / End value when specifying a range of values, dates and/or times
Example:
10000138
Does not need to be filled in if only displaying results for one employee.
Period (YYYYPP) / Required / Year and Period to be displayed; calendar period to which values relate
Example:
200501
If period is unknown, enter the year in the Year field. You can then select from all periods processed for that year in the next screen.
3. / Click .

4. / Double-click the line item to be displayed.

5. / Double-click the line item to be displayed.
/ All orange colored lines have data that can be further displayed.

6. / Review the displayed information.
7. / Click until you return to the SAP Easy Access screen.
