A $500 million global catalyst company. It was a joint venture of the Royal Dutch Shell group of companies and Cytec Industries, formerly American Cyanamid. It is now a wholly-owned Shell subsidiary.

General Manager, CRI-MET1995-1997

A $40 million joint venture between Shell and Cyprus AMAX that recycles metals from spent catalysts as an alternative to land fill.
