Vendors Application
“Discover Cedar Fairmount Summer Festival & Arts & Craft Show
Sunday, August 9th, from 12 noon to 5:00 pm.
Vendors will be admitted on a first come, first served basis. (A vendor is a person or business selling a product that is not hand made by themselves.)
The expectation is that the public will purchase at all price levels. Advertising and marketing will be targeted to the greater Cleveland Area, and to audiences of diverse age, artistic background, ethnic and economic levels in the Cleveland Heights area and beyond.
The event is a free, one day, outdoor event held in paved locations in the Cedar and Fairmount Business District (8 miles east of downtown).
Booth Space on Surrey, Lennox, or the Zoss Lot is 10 wide and 10 long. No electricity is available. We will honor specific booth location requests on a first come, first serve basis. Entire exhibit must be contained in allotted space. Vendors may provide their own tent or canopy, which must be securely anchored to withstand wind. Vendors must supply own display equipment.
Booth Space fee is $40, if paid by May 31st. $50.00 there after. Payment with enclosed registration form is required to reserve space. Fee is non refundable after July 31st, 2014.

Make checks payable to Cedar Fairmount Special Improvement District. No percentage of profits will be accessed by CFSID. Set-up begins at to your booth 10:00 a.m. FREE parking is available close, but not adjacent to your booth.

Guidelines
Vendors are responsible for liability insurance and protection of work and display. The Cedar Fairmount Special Improvement District and the City of Cleveland Heights assume no responsibility for loss or damage from any cause to vendors’ property or damage caused by improper displays.
Vendors or their representative must be present with their merchandise the full duration of the festival except in cases of severe personal emergency, or by special arrangement with festival co-ordinator.
Vendors are responsible for the set up displays (tables, chairs, tent, etc.) All tents must be securely tied down. Large water bottles can be used as weights.
Collaborating vendors are permitted.
