Sub: - Updated Seniority list of officials carrying substantive payscale of `9300-34800 +

Grade pay 4200

Ref: - Notification issued under No.DCAPDK/Adm/B-X-304 dated 15-06-2016

(Notification)

Whereas final seniority list of officials carrying substantive pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 + GP 4200/- was issued vide notification referred to above upto the S.No. 204;

Whereas the officials appearing at S.No. 1 to 14 have been placed as Chief Inspectors in OPG and some have opted forgo their promotion in this grade;

Whereas the officials from S.No. 205 onwards of this notification have been promoted to the said pay scale from the dates shown against each, besides superannuation of some officials who have accordingly been deleted from the said list; and,

Now, therefore, a freshupdated seniority list of the officials carrying pay scale of Rs9300-34800 + Grade pay 4200 as stood on 01.09.2017 as per Annexure – ‘A’ to this notification is issued for inviting objections, if any, within 21 days from the date of its publication.

However, this is issued without prejudice to outcome of writ petition, if any pending before the Court of law.

Whereas final seniority list of officials carrying substantive pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 + GP 2400/- was issued vide notification referred to above upto the S.No. 120;

Whereas the officials appearing at S.No. 8 to 94 have been placed as TSOs/Inspectors in OPG;

Whereas the officials from S.No. 120 onwards of this notification have been promoted to the said pay scale from the dates shown against each besides superannuation of some officials who have accordingly been deleted from the said list; and,

Now, therefore, a freshupdated seniority list of the officials carrying pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade pay 2400 as stood on 01.09.2017 as per Annexure – ‘A’ to this notification is issued for inviting objections, if any, within 21 days from the date of its publication.

However, this is issued without prejudice to outcome of writ petition, if any pending before the Court of law.
